Standard terms summary
- It is free to list your property with Space32
- For a successful introduction we charge 10% of rent achieved for up to a 12 month period
- We invoice on the date of rental agreement with 14 day payment terms
- Connecting directly to space seekers introduced via this platform is strictly with our permission only
Hybrid office sharing terms summary
If you enter into a Hybrid Sharing Agreement via Space32, you must commit to:
- Clearly defined Hybrid Office sharing days, with agreed start and end times for each occupier
- Dedicated secure storage for each occupying business
- Thorough clean of office before handover between occupying businesses
Summary of terms specific to existing business tenants
We have spent 2 years working on hybrid office sharing and have built processes and legal frameworks to ensure things go smoothly and successfully. We therefore require the following:
- You must have a conventional office lease directly with a landlord or their representative and not be within a managed or serviced office.
- Wherever possible, you agree to use our standardised legal templates
- You commit to receiving the required permissions to enter into a Hybrid Office Sharing Agreement at such a point that Space32 successfully introduces you to an occupier, using our standardised processes wherever possible to achieve that.
